He's the opposite of the managers who dare to cut 7-0 fighters and are obsessed with perfection. In the beginning he had a lot of fighters in Syn and just couldn't get enough of fighting. He'll fight your pistol with a sword and will put up a fight. Now despite that he's very smart, calm, genuine, fun guy. He took care of the roster Syn has and did announcements and what not when we needed a touch.

His win percentage is ridiculous and two of his old fighters continued tearing up the competition even after he retired, most notably ranked Stack Shillings and Joaquim Fortunado.
