Org Note:
Chris Karter is the "KO King" and has been a loyal supporter of Syn for many, many years.
He's had countless champions, most notably Kilo Maluga who is the greatest fighter in Synchronicity history.
He is in the discussion for being the greatest manager of all time.

#2
Billy Arseworth
Org Note:
Not many managers are as beloved as the two-time "Manager of the Year" Billy Arseworth.
He is easily one of the most dominant managers in the history of the game. He managed two all-time great fighters
in Evil Nixon and Kassim Magufuli I V. As of this time he has 45 World title wins in Synchronicity and ranks second
all time on the Synchronicity "greatest manager of all time" rankings. He continues to dominate the Tycoon world
as he most recently took home the 2022 manager of the year.

Franky Sin
Org Note:
The founder of Syn, put on some of the greatest events and laid the foundation for what it is today.
He also managed some legendary SYN fighters most notably Hall Of Famer legend Jin Sen.

#5
Louie DePalma
Org Note:
Mr DePalma is looong overdue for his name to enter the SYN HOF.
SYN wouldn't be here (after Franky) if it wasn't for this man. Welcome to the HOF my friend.
Record: 1574-906-38 (3 NCs)
Wins: 741 (T)KO (47.08%) 217 Sub (13.79%) 616 Dec (39.14%)

#6
Avon Barksdale
Org Note:
Creative genius and slider-extraordinaire. He did SYN posters and was very involved as far as show-names
and show-direction. He kept the craziness that Franky Sin could come up with "in sync" if you will.
There were nearly always some messages to be found when looking at the show names & posters in
combination with the fighters on the card. One of the most genuine, nice and relaxed people you could get to know.
Record: 344-93-2 (3 NCs)
Wins: 157 (T)KO (45.64%) 44 Sub (12.79%) 143 Dec (41.57%)
Losses: 27 (T)KO (29.03%) 8 Sub (8.60%) 58 Dec (62.37%)

Manager of two of the greatest fighters in Synchronicity history:
Pete Doherty & Johnny Cage.

#9
Paul Keating
Org Note:
Instrumental in the growth of SYN early on and manager of Hall of Famer Aaron Gracie.
He's a warrior. He's the opposite of the managers who dare to cut 7-0 fighters and are obsessed with perfection.
In the beginning he had a lot of fighters in Syn and just couldn't get enough of fighting. He'll fight your pistol
with a sword and will put up a fight. Now despite that he's very smart, calm, genuine, fun guy. He took care of the
roster Syn has and did announcements and what not when we needed a touch.
Record: 308-226-5 (3 NCs)
Wins: 135 (T)KO (43.83%) 60 Sub (19.48%) 113 Dec (36.69%)
Losses: 72 (T)KO (31.86%) 49 Sub (21.86%) 105 Dec (46.46%)
#10
Estefan Chiscano
Org Note:
Creator of The BHP, he was a very controversial manager but his fighter success could not be denied.
He was easily one of the most dominant managers in the game in his time. He managed 2 all time great fighters
in Cee Digits and Earl Lee Swagger. His win percentage is ridiculous and two of his old fighters continued
tearing up the competition even after he retired, most notably ranked Stack Shillings and Joaquim Fortunado.
Record: 490-139-3 (4 NCs)
Wins: 349 (T)KO (71.22%) 13 Sub (2.65%) 128 Dec (26.12%)
Losses: 70 (T)KO (50.36%) 20 Sub (14.39%) 49 Dec (35.25%)
#11
Richard Davenport

Managed two of the all-time greats Jeremy Tonal and Abayo Bokhari, one of the great managers of his time.
Record: 386-155-4 (2 NCs)
Wins: 239 (T)KO (61.92%) 10 Sub (2.59%) 137 Dec (35.49%)
Losses: 75 (T)KO (48.39%) 23 Sub (14.84%) 57 Dec (36.77%)
